A). 2 year limited warranty:

B). One year limited warranty:

Lithium-ion electric bicycle batteries are required against manufacturing defects in materials and / or workmanship for a period of one year (12 months) from the original date of purchase. What are we going to do?
If a component is found to be defective or damaged without user error, we will issue a replacement part. We will help you replace any defective parts. Cyrusher Sports will not replace any part without first looking at photos or video of the damaged part. Cyrusher Sports must provide the warranty. Proof of purchase may be required with any warranty claim. Before you claim a warranty, we recommend that you contact our customer service, as there may be a simple solution to your problem. Claims for damage to address:
FREE to inspect your products for damage. Claims for damage to cargo are very urgent. We will not accept claims for carriage damage more than 30 days after we receive the product. Record any damage to your product (s) on the bill of lading before you and the driver allow the shipment. Take photos of any damage found and date the images if possible. Keep all packaging and documentation until the inspection process is complete. Credit card refill:
If a charge back on a credit card is issued for any reason on order and the product (s) remains in the customer 's possession, the warranty will be suspended until the charge is resolved.
