Cyrusher XF800, All-Terrain Ebike

I liked this bike so much that I bought two and adapted them to my needs, they are good strong bikes, look great and turn heads, they only had them in blue but that’s okay it’s a great colour.
I had an issue with one of the batteries and customer service was excellent, not only did they swiftly replace the battery but also sent me a pannier bag as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience the bike comes restricted to comply with UK law and a thumb throttle was included although not fitted. I would definitely recommend this company, beautiful bikes, excellent customer service, fast delivery and just all round a great deal….. five stars.

They quickly contacted me to say xf800 was out of stock in the colour I asked for. They offered me discounts to change colour and eventually discounted the next model up (xf900) which is very nice. Would recommend their customer service and the product is excellent.

my ebike was divered on time and I was very satisfied with the service I have not been out on it yet and I had a part in the box that I do believe it is a thumb throttle which I believe it can not be fixed to your bike in the uk i would appreciate eny feedback on this thank you.
